FoamMelt CF series
The most advanced FoamMelt system in the market, equipped with patented 3-stage servo pump, to enhance the mixing efficiency between hotmelt material and inert gas. All stations are digitally controlled to avoid uncertain conditions from other supplier’s outdate mechanic design.
Touchscreen with easy-to-control UI can shows real-time system information, like system pressure, each-stage temperature, pump speed, and etc. The foaming rate can also be easily controlled from the touch panel. Many tank sizes are available from 8L, 30L, 60L, and 120L In addition, for large tank size, 2-foam output version is available.
