SX-Series

A high speed AOAC technology with compact and advanced heat efficiency

The durable application heads can be flexibly used and excel with small installation dimensions as well as precise adhesive application with perfect tear-off behaviour. With its long life-time, it is one of the most remarkable choice of jetting heads/dispensers in the market.

This jetting heads are suited for a precise dot and bead application at medium to high speed. Based on that and its small installation dimensions, it is ideally suited for retrofits and systems with limited space. The hot melt adhesive application heads are modular and available in different design versions and can thus be flexibly adopted to the respective application. Thanks to their variety, they can be flexibly used for different applications in diverse industries, such as the packaging and graphical industry.

The specially developed jetting elements and the robust solenoid valve make the application heads particularly durable. Thanks to the integrated filter in the heating block, nozzle blockage is prevented. Nozzle damage as well as heat loss are minimized through a nozzle guard. This results in even better tear-off behaviour and reduced operation interruptions.
