LearyVIEW™ Print allows for 100% vision inspection at speeds of 400 m/min (1300 ft/min) and is capable of detecting print quality, missing copy and color quality.

As the improved requirement on Braille print in the market, our new LearyVIEW™ Braille Inspection system combines the most powerful and innovative technologies to achieve inline Braille detection at full production speeds. With the touch of a button the Braille is learned, decoded and displayed on the screen to be verified as correct by the operator. Once this master is accepted, every subsequent carton is scanned to verify a perfect match, checking each and every Braille dot to guarantee all the dots are in exactly the correct position relative to one another and to the carton panel.

Our inspection family can be integrated with most existing Leary systems to allow for quality inspection and rejection. The 7-inch touch screen is designed to be a flexible interface that allows the camera to be used in a variety of applications.
