IR Sensor

The IR 1.0 infrared sensor monitors the correct positioning and presence of the adhesive application by measuring the temperature of the liquid adhesive beads and signaling deviations.

Errors in the adhesive application position are quickly detected using the integrated verification function. The function provides a reliable interface for connecting ejection gates and marking systems.

Guaranteed process reliability: With the verification function, sensors on the application head or product line ensure proper positioning of the adhesive application. If an adhesive application pattern is outside the selected tolerance range, the system immediately outputs an error signal. The signal can be used as needed for an alarm function, product ejection resp. product marking.

It provides high process reliability thanks to fast error detection and straightforward connection to systems for product ejection or marking
