Endura heated hoses are produced in-house from high-quality materials. They are highly flexible, energy-optimized, and feature a 4x safety burst pressure. This ensures a long service life. The heated hoses ensure a constant temperature across their entire length and prevent a change in adhesive viscosity. The core of the heated hose is resistant to aggressive hot melt adhesives and features a temperature resistance of more than 200 °C. The heated hoses can also be connected with moving systems and application heads. They can be used up to a maximum pressure of 100 bar.
– Diameter: 6, 8, 13, 16, and 25 mm
– Hose length: 0.6 to 15 m
– Operating temperature: Up to 200 °C
– Water-protected designed for wet operation
-High-pressure designs up to 345 bar
The core of the heated hose is an inner hose of PTFE which is resistant also to aggressive hotmelts and withstands temperatures of more than 200° C. In the interest of a high pressure resistance the inner hose is reinforced by a stainless steel fabric. The heater winding and the temperature sensor are placed on top of this steel fabric.
Thermal insulation is provided by a silicon foam insulating layer. A mesh on the outside protects the heat insulation from mechanical damage. Impact-resistant caps with the electrical connections are at the start and end of the heated hose.
