Nordson EFD tank reservoirs not only maintain steady fluid pressure, but also prevent fluid contamination and evaporation, and contain fumes. There are two options available: analog regulator/gauge and precision digital regulator/gauge

For analog regulator/gauge; tanks are available with 0-15 psi (0-1 bar) or 0-100 (0-7 bar) constant-bleed air regulators to handle different fluid viscosities. Select the 0-15 psi (0-1 bar) regulator for low-viscosity fluids and the 0-100 (0-7 bar) regulator for high-viscosity fluids.

And for digital regulator/gauge; watery or low-viscosity fluids require the 0-10 psi (0-7) bar constant-bleed air regulator, while thicker or high-viscosity fluids require the 0-100 psi (0-7 bar) regulator.

Other features include tighter setting tolerances, faster response, and the ability to reset to the exact pressure settings for increased repeatability. This results in more precise fluid pressure regulation and better process control.

– 1.0 liter (0.3 gallon)

– 5.0 liter (1 gallon)

1.0 liter (0.3 gallon) accommodates one pound/one liter bottles and is recommended for pourable fluids only, whereas 5.0 liter (1 gallon) accommodates fluid poured into the liner. Or the fluid container may be put into the reservoir for direct dispensing.

Since tanks are charged by plant air, we recommend the 5-micron filter/regulator to filter contaminants. Each fluid tank comes complete with air regulator and gauge, air hose with shutoff valve, liner, and fluid feed tubing.
