The application head achieves high-quality gluing with uniform, repeatable adhesive application, and clean cut-off. EdgePro allows a quick and flexible adaptation to workpiece thickness, is easy to clean, and thus contributes to increased productivity.
The EdgePro can be used to process EVA and polyolefin hot melt adhesives as well as PUR hot melt adhesives for thermally resistant and waterproof gluing with a viscosity of 10,000 to 100,000 mPas. The EdgePro coating head is mainly used in the wood industry for edge banding.
