There are 3 diaphragm valve series available, i.e. standard, highflow and mini.

The 752V Series diaphragm valve delivers fine flow control when dispensing solvents, cyanoacrylates, anaerobics, fluxes, UV-cure adhesives, and other low- to medium-viscosity fluids. The open/close stroke is adjustable from 0.13 mm to 0.64 mm (0.005″ to 0.025″), producing a very fast response and positive shutoff.

Wetted components made from an inert ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene make the 752V Series an ideal solution for dispensing adhesives, anaerobic threadlockers, and other reactive fluids.

The 752HF Series high flow diaphragm valve provides precise, drip-free dispensing of UV-cure resins and similar fluids used in the media manufacturing of DVDs, Blu-Ray DVDs, and CDs. Designed for smooth, unrestricted material flow, the 752HF reduces turbulence and prevents micro-bubbles from forming. This creates a more consistent, higher-quality end product with fewer rejects.

The compact and lightweight 752HF-SS provides controlled, bubble-free dispensing for bonding and lacquer coatings. It features a 303 stainless steel fluid body, tamper-resistant stroke control adjustment, and a low-maintenance design. The 752HF-A is the same as the 752HF-SS, but features an acetal copolymer fluid body.

The 702 Series mini-diaphragm valve provides drip-free coating and consistent shot-to-shot bonding in optical media and other applications requiring smaller and lighter weight dispense valves. Nordson EFD’s mini-diaphragm valves feature a unique design that eliminates trapped air and bubbles. They are 60% smaller and 70% lighter than other dispense valves, which means less maintenance and wear on semi-automated and automated machine robotic arms.
