GlueMix
Gluemix: 2K glue dosing system; Expert in wind turbine rotor blade production
The systems of the gluemix product range are compact and solvent free gear pump driven metering and mixing systems. They are used to handle low to medium viscosity multi component media such as polyurethane or epoxy. Either material pressure vessels or drum pumps are used to supply the material.
Mast and boom with mixing system are mounted on the chassis. High pressure pump rams or material pressure vessel is equipped with level control, where motor is three-phase asynchronous and metering computer is MR40.
Control and regulation of mixing ratio by use of volume counters
